Tasting old tea offers a remarkable opportunity to connect with the past. It is a time capsule, carrying stories from when the environment and technology seemed from another world. In this experience, tea becomes our teacher, and we, the students, uncover the secrets it imparts during this fleeting moment.
As the world-renowned wine collector François Audouze stated about old wines, “Every wine is just an experience waiting to be had. Approaching it with humility and emotion, rather than an intellectual desire to judge and rate, is the only way to unlock its true potential.”
We invite you to join us on three select dates to explore the beauty of three exquisite Taiwanese Oolongs, each with a remarkable aging period totaling 140 years.
140 Years of Vintage Taiwanese Oolongs : 1975 Qing Xin, 1978 Bao Zhong, 1979 Tie Guan Yin
